With an emphasis on tenant planning, Linea Design has been serving brokers and developers in the St Louis area with test-fit plans, interior design and architectural permit drawings. Industrial / Manufacturing
Our expertise with production/manufacturing facilities encompasses multiple industries, from printing operations to medical equipment (including Corza Medical, shown above). Experience related to distribution centers includes planning for administrative, sales and training offices and storage of all items ranging from electronics, marble and stone slabs, machinery, clothing, medical equipment and construction materials, to name a few.
Bio Science / Laboratory

Veterinary
The Humane Society of Missouri has been a long term client of Linea Design. We have assisted with multiple renovations at their headquarters building (1201 Macklind) and designed the Chesterfield Adoption & Vet Med clinic that served HSMO. Our expertise includes exam rooms, surgery centers, dog grooming, adoption kennels, and the behind-the-scenes 24,000 SF quarantine and rescue center that handles large populations of animals rescued from puppy mills and hoarding situations.

Indoor Sports Facilities & Fitness Centers
